COWTOWN MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

An adult Family /
Individual
membership covers you as an individual adult or you as head of
household. A family membership also covers your spouse and any
children under the age of 18 that are living at home. It does not cover
guests. Youth membership is for individual children under the age
of 18. Senior membership is for any person age 60 and over.
Club membership is from January 1st. to December 31st. (Please see
our
Membership Type choices
below for your specific
membership fee.) |

It's easy to join Cowtown online. There
are only 2 Parts to our online membership application.
Part 1 is your actual
Membership Application. Please fill out the appropriate fields
provided in the application below. Make sure you have included a
valid contact email address and phone number. When you have
completed the application click the
Submit button located at the bottom of the application. You
will then be forwarded to the second part of your membership application.
Part 2 will be your Payment. Please note that in order
for this online membership application to be processed you will need to pay your membership fees at this time. You may pay your membership fees using either
PayPal or any major

| Although membership fees
are an important source of income for our club, they represent a
minor portion of our revenue. The club is funded primarily from
income generated by major archery events that we sponsor. Your
assistance at work parties to maintain the range, club shoots, and
in putting on our major events will be appreciated. |

appropriate fields and that your e-mail address and phone number
is correct so we can contact you if there are any questions about
your application. After you submit this portion of your
application (Part 1) you will be forwarded to the payment section (Part
2) where you
will pay your membership fees and complete your application. As
soon as your application and payment have been processed we
will land mail your Membership Packet. This packet will contain your club information,
membership card, and one gate key . |

Application will be sent directly to our Membership Chairman. For
